We are having our Transition meeting from Developer to Homeowners on September 17, 2019.

The Annual Meeting will be held in the first quarter of 2020.

The purpose of the special meeting is to consider and vote on the proposed Agreement and Plan of Merger (the "Merger Agreement") between The Villages of Carmel Homeowners’ Association (the "Association") and the 2017 Villages of Carmel Homeowners Association, Inc. (the "Phase 5 Association"). The complete terms of the merger are contained in the proposed Agreement which is included with this notice. In short, if the Merger Agreement is approved by the owners of both associations, the Phase 5 Association will merge into the Association so that the Association will have jurisdiction over the entire development and all lot owners will be members of the Association. This is a meeting of the HOA membership and is not open to the public.
