Pool Opening June 12th

The wait is over! Due to the fluidity of the Covid-19 Pandemic, the Board has been working tirelessly to find a safe solution for opening the pool. Our pool will officially open Friday June 12th at 12:00pm until 6:00pm.

After much research, discussion, and feedback, we have determined that we will need to implement a few new house guidelines and requirements for the safety of our homeowners.Guidelines:

* No reservations for the pool area or amenity center will be considered at this time.
* Access to the pool will be limited to the gate nearest the parking lot.
* Occupancy for confines of the pool will be limited to 50% or 49 people total. Please refrain from inviting outside guests/nonresidents during capacity restrictions.
* Social Distancing must be observed. Please maintain a minimum of six feet (6') of separation and distance. To assist with compliance, we have removed the pool furniture from the pool. * There will be ONE personal pool chair per household/family allowed at this time.
* Jumping the fence will not be tolerated, violators will be prosecuted for trespassing.
* Food consumption is not permitted in the pool area.
* Persons with symptoms of COVID 19 and/or other infectious diseases are not permitted to use the facilities.
* No person shall admit any other person (outside your household) into the pool area. Residency checks will be performed, and it is always encouraged to have proof of address with you.
* Access cards are assigned to each home and will be mandatory for entrance to the pool. You may not share your pool card with people that do not reside in your home.

Please understand, this is a new process for everyone, and we appreciate your patience as we adjust to any issues that may surface during this time. Additionally, as the governor's orders change and capacity restrictions are lifted, we will alert you to those changes for our pool as well.
