Interim Board of Director Needed

As many of you now know, Paul and Tina Hoffman have moved out of the community.

On December 8, 2022, a closed Executive Board Meeting was held to discuss Paul Hoffman’s resignation from the Board as a result of selling their home in the Villages of Carmel. During the meeting, it was determined that Tina Leyva, will now step into the role of President and Bobby Combs will fill the role of Vice President and Treasurer.

At this time, we are seeking to appoint a community member to serve on the Board. If you are interested in being appointed to serve on the Board until the next election and have any questions, please let us know. We will accept applications for this position today through Sunday 12/25/2022. The Board will then review the applications the following week and appoint a member to serve until the next election can be held in March 2023.
